Singular Sensation

In Singular Sensation, Godder explored with the performers the question: who are we in the hyper informed, self-conscious world of “look at me” and how can we manage to find excitement, a true thrill or a deep connection to sensation? This question led the process from the plasticized and artificial all the way to searching for an “authentic” experience, if such exists. The desire to please oozes out through the performers, as they are in searching of finding a singular sensation. The world created on stage is one of 5 different individuals pushing the boundaries of their own numbness.
