Back Ofir Yannai

Ofir was born in 1994 in Israel.
In 2012, she enrolled in the Maslool professional dance training program under the artistic direction of Naomi Perlov and Offir Dagan, while serving as an outstanding dancer in the IDF.

Between 2015 and 2019, Ofir was a member of the Inbal Pinto & Avshalom Pollak Dance Company. From 2019 to 2022, she danced with Batsheva – The Young Ensemble, where she performed works by Ohad Naharin, Sharon Eyal, Bobbi Jene Smith, Or Schreiber, Noa Zuk and Ohad Fishof, Noa Eshkol, and Nava Frenkel, among others.

As a freelance dancer, Ofir has collaborated with various artists, including Taila Beck, Niv Sheinfeld & Oren Laor, Dana Ruttenberg, Andrea Costanzo Martini, Noa Shadur, Rachel Erdos, Dafi Eltabeb, Geva Zeibert, and Shira Elkouby.

Ofir is a Pilates instructor and a Gaga teacher.

In 2023, she began collaborating as a creating performer with the Yasmeen Godder Company on the productions Shout Aloud (2024) and Bare on Rust (2025). In 2026, Ofir took the role of a rehearsal director for Yasmeen’s solo titled SHELLING.
