Back Tamar Sofia Kisch

Tamar Kisch was born in 1997 in Tel Aviv. She is an independent choreographer and dancer. She is a graduate of the Dance Department at Ironi Aleph High School for the Arts and of Maslool, under the artistic direction of Naomi Perlov and Ofir Dagan. As a dancer and creator, Tamar has collaborated with choreographers Alexandra Bachzetsis (Switzerland), Yossi Berg and Oded Graf, Nina Traub, Nir Vidan, Roni Chadash, Guy Gutmann, Tami Leibovitz, and others. Since 2019, she has been a member of the Yasmeen Godder Company. Tamar studied in the New Department, the research and artist residency program at the School of Visual Theatre, directed by Guy Gutmann. She has presented several solo works and, most recently, Reserve, produced by the Hazira Theater. Alongside her artistic practice, Tamar completed a B.A. in Psychology at the Open University of Israel.
