Yoav Brill

Yoav Brill (b. 1981, Israel), is an animator, musician and documentary filmmaker who has created pieces both for exhibitions and for the big screen. Brill served as an art director for several award-winning films such as “King Bibi” and the 2020 Emmy-winning “Advocate”. In 2021 he directed his own full-length documentary, “Apples and Oranges”, about the history of the volunteering movement in the Israeli Kibbutz. His latest film, “Temporarily Removed”, is a 13-minute animated comedy about the struggles of a museum guard. 

Brill also teaches sound for animation and motion graphics in the Israeli “Minshar” and “Sami Shamoon” schools in Tel Aviv and Beersheba.
