For those who want to move, without a professional background or prior experience needed!

Start your morning with movement!

Join us for open classes that will gently and slowly warm up the body, then move into freeing, fun energies in the space, incorporating sequences and improvisation to uplifting music, led by dancers from the Yasmeen Godder Company.
