Born in Jerusalem in 1978. A graduate of the Rubin Academy of Music & Dance High School in Jerusalem and the Ecole-Atelier Rudra Bejart in Lausanne, Switzerland. Holds a B.ed in Dance and Education, from Seminar Hakibutzim College, Tel-Aviv. Danced in The Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company performing the works of Rami Be'er (1999-2003). In 2003 she took part in the creation of the duet Hake-ma with Sharon Fridman, presented in the ‘Gvanim Dance Festival' at Suzanne Dellal Center .That year, she studied at the Rakefet Levi School for Stage and Costume Design. Since 2004, Dalia was working as a freelance dancer in Israel and abroad with: Palle Granhoj - ‘Gran Dans Theater' Aarhus, Denmark; Priscilla Rasmassen - "Swop" project in Dansescen Copenhagen; Michel Keegan-Dolan (The Fabulous Beast) - production at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, London; Ronit Ziv, Sholmi Biton, Gilat Amotz, Yossi Berg and Oded Graf. In 2007 Dalia began working with Godder performing in i feel funny today and is a creating-performer in Storm End Come and SEE HER CHANGE. In 2011 Dalia was part of the creating dancers in the research period for The Toxic Exotic Disappearance Act. On that year she received The Award for Excellence in Dance for a Single Performer given by the Ministry of Culture following her performances in Storm End Come.Here is part of the jury's explanation: "Dalia incorporates unique and interesting details that intensify and enrich the artistic experience which she provides for her audience. Her stage presence is incredibly accurate, and her emotional connection to each and every creation is highly impressive. ".
In addition Dalia is a teacher of contemporary dance and improvisation and is regularly invited to teach workshops in a variety of establishments throughout the country and abroad.
